What This Is
BlastyBiz is a marketing distribution tool for businesses of all kinds, built by Fluba Designs LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using BlastyBiz, you agree to this policy.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We collect only what is needed to run the service.
Information We Collect
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication method (email/password or Google sign-in).
Business profile: Business name, owner name, phone number, email, address, website, hours of operation, business category, and tone preference.
Listing content: The offer descriptions, pricing, and photos you upload to create listings. This content is stored so AI can adapt it for each platform.
Platform connections: Which platforms you have enabled or connected, and connection status. OAuth tokens for connected platforms are stored encrypted.
Usage data: Listing history, publish job status, and activity logs.
Payment information: Billing is handled entirely by Square. BlastyBiz does not store credit card numbers. We receive only subscription status and plan tier from Square.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and adapt your business listings using AI
- To post listings to connected platforms on your behalf
- To display your listing history and publishing status
- To manage your subscription and enforce plan limits
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
- To improve the service and fix bugs
We do not use your business content or listing data to train AI models.
AI Processing
BlastyBiz uses Anthropic Claude to adapt your listing content for each platform. When you run an adaptation, your business name, category, description, hours, and tone preference are sent to Anthropic's API.
Anthropic processes this data per their own Privacy Policy. We do not send photos to Anthropic — only text fields.
Google API Data
When you connect Google Business Profile, BlastyBiz requests the business.manage OAuth scope. This scope is used solely to create posts on Google Business Profile locations that you own or manage.
- BlastyBiz reads your Google Business Profile location list so you can select which location to post to.
- BlastyBiz creates posts on your behalf using AI-adapted content you have reviewed and approved.
- Your Google OAuth access token and refresh token are stored encrypted in our database. They are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than posting to your Google Business Profile.
- No Google account data (name, email, contacts, Drive, Gmail, or any other Google service) is accessed or stored.
- You can revoke BlastyBiz's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting from within BlastyBiz also removes your stored tokens immediately.
BlastyBiz's use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate BlastyBiz:
- Firebase / Google Cloud — Authentication, database, file storage, and hosting. Data is stored in the United States (us-east1).
- Anthropic — AI content adaptation via the Claude API.
- Square — Payment processing and subscription management.
- Google Business Profile API — Auto-posting to Google Business Profile (when authorized by you). See Google API Data section above.
- Meta Graph API — Auto-posting to Facebook and Instagram (when authorized by you).
Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data required for each to function.
Photos and Images
Photos you upload are stored in Firebase Storage under your user account path. Only you (and BlastyBiz systems) can access your photos. We do not analyze, sell, or share your photos.
Data Retention
Paid accounts. Your data is kept as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your business profile and listing history are retained so you can reactivate later — cancelling removes paid features, not your data.
Free accounts. If a free account goes unused for 12 months, we delete it. "Unused" means nobody has signed in or done anything in the app during that time — simply visiting our public website does not count.
Before anything is deleted we email you at least 14 days beforehand, with a second reminder shortly before the deletion date. Signing in once cancels the deletion and resets the clock. Upgrading to a paid plan also cancels it.
When a free account is deleted we remove your account record, business profile, campaigns, saved listings, drafts, uploaded photos, publishing history and stored platform connections, and we revoke any access tokens you had granted us. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
You can see when your account was last active, and how long we will keep it, on your Account page.
To permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, use the delete option on your Account page or email info@blastybiz.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion at any time by contacting us at info@blastybiz.com.
If you are in the European Union or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
BlastyBiz uses Firebase Authentication, which sets a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics platform.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and notify active users by email. Continued use of BlastyBiz after changes means you accept the updated policy.
