Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BlastyBiz, a marketing distribution service operated by Fluba Designs LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using BlastyBiz, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use BlastyBiz.
The Service
BlastyBiz helps business owners create AI-adapted marketing listings and distribute them to multiple platforms from one place. The service includes:
- AI-powered listing adaptation for each platform
- Auto-posting to connected platforms (Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram)
- Copy-paste formatted content for manual platforms (Nextdoor, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
- Listing history and publishing status tracking
- Business profile storage and management
Subscription Plans
BlastyBiz offers the following plans:

Prices are in USD. Billing is monthly and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time.
Billing and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly via Square. Your subscription renews on the same date each month. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period if you cancel mid-cycle, but you will retain access through the end of the period you paid for.
If you cancel or your payment fails, your account is downgraded to Starter — not deleted. Your business profile, listing history, and all data are kept so you can reactivate at any time.
We do not delete customer data when a subscription lapses.
Your Content
You own your business content — your descriptions, photos, and listing copy. By using BlastyBiz, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content to third-party platforms on your behalf, solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your listing content is accurate, legal, and does not infringe on any third party's rights.
AI-Generated Content
BlastyBiz uses Anthropic Claude to adapt your listings for each platform. The AI-generated content is a starting point — you review it in Listing Preview before it is posted. You are responsible for the content you approve and post.
We do not guarantee specific results from AI adaptation.
Platform Connections and OAuth
Auto-posting to Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Instagram requires you to connect those accounts via OAuth. By connecting a platform, you authorize BlastyBiz to post content to that platform on your behalf.
You can disconnect a platform at any time from within BlastyBiz or directly from the platform's settings.
BlastyBiz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta, or any other platform listed in the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use BlastyBiz to:
- Post spam, duplicate listings, or misleading business information
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
- Resell or sublicense the service without written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Platform APIs (Google, Meta, etc.) are operated by third parties and may change or go down without notice. BlastyBiz is not liable for failures caused by third-party API changes or outages.
When auto-posting is not available, copy-paste output is always provided as a fallback.
Limitation of Liability
BlastyBiz is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
